Ipad tsv update

I first tried the chat feature to ask where my order was. The person there was rude and lacked knowledge. She insisted that it had been shipped and UPS is not on time to update that. I know that the minute UPS gets it, it gets a tracking number. When I told her she was not telling the truth since I was not charged for it yet, she disconnected me. I waited 30 minutes to talk live and was told by a CS rep that they are guaranteeing delivery by Christmas eve and it had not shipped yet. Only good news from that is it is shipping out of California so for once living on the west coast means I will probably get it before some of you.

Juts got this from QVC. It will be delivered tomorrow via Fedex. It requires a human signature or they will not leave it.

Guess you all didn’t see my post. I received an e_mail stating that the USPs., UPs and FedEx are not only swamped with mail but are extremely short handed because of covid. They are trying their best to get everything delivered by Christmas, but there are no guarantees. Please be patient. Nothing should be guaranteed because of covid. People are not visiting friends or family this year, therefore there are more cards and packages than ever before. As for the I-Pad it could be be in the hands of Apple’s warehouse and not HSN. I sincerely hope you all have a great Christmas. Please stay safe.

Update. My Ipad now says shipped but no tracking number. I have read that they use fed ex but without a tracking number I have no way to trace it. Looks like it will arrive before Christmas for me since they ship from the west coast and I live in CA.

They had it on earlier in the month not as a TSV so I am thinking that is what she is talking about.

I ordered mine on the 5th when it first aired. It still says packaging. I noticed a review already and it says her mom ordered 2 and got them. What is up with this. I am really disappointed in this deal. I have never had a problem getting items from HSN. I ordered right away when it aired. The next day they were gone and my friend couldn’t get one…….not sure I’m gonna get one either. What a !!!!!!!!!
