Ideal play power bank and jump starter.

Bought this product and did not need to use it until almost a year later, it did not work even though all my lights were showing a full charge.
Spoke with HSN they said it’s over a year old speak to the manufacturer which I did, they had no interest at all.
One buys this type of product to help in a bad situation there was no help from anybody least of all the product.
I would not recommend this brand nor would ever buy anything they manufacture again very disappointed all around.
