HSN PAYMENT METHODS
I guess HSN is making enough money without the purchases I make . . They don’t need the money I was going to spend on a Bose WaveSound IV. I received a couple of gift cards for Christmas that I wanted to use for my purchase. Because there were two cards with different values, the Supervisor told the phone rep that they couldn’t hand the transaction. Oh well! It’s about $350. . . I’ll just have to find another source to purchase from that is more technically-efficient to handle my purchase . . .

Wow, they should be able to handle two gifts cards easily! I would be very disappointed about that too. Maybe that Supervisor needs to call in her Supervisor for assistance in helping you with your purchase. Amazon definitely can process more than one gift card at a time when you order thru them.
Maybe call back tomorrow and see if you get someone different that has more experience. The Bose Sound System you want is extra nice so I hope they can help you while it’s back on sale and you can use your gift cards. I’m sure many people got HSN gift cards for Christmas so they need to get this figured out Pronto. Good Luck on this.
