Hsn is a scam

Advice stay away from hsn they will run a creadt cheack on u with out consent on flex pay they will also charge your card before approved it blows my mind 1 they don’t tell u anything about creadt with flex pay 2 I don’t get how they can take money from u into u are approved I have family that has used this company they said they will be taking there accounts away from hsn I will make sure everyone knows how bad this company is also report them to bbb

I agree a week ago I bought the aftershokz head set. It cost $99. Then yesterday,less than one week,they were selling them for $59. I contacted CS they said that they changed the product number and because of that I could not get the $40 refund. It is the same product. I am now paying my account off and closing it. I have been a HSN customer for 25 years. They obviously need the 40 dollars more than I do. I have spent thousands of dollars. They must not mind losing all that money.

  Hi @ginnylrr69, I am sorry to hear about the frustration about a price decrease has caused. I took a look at the item you ordered and don’t see where it went down in price. We do offer different Aftershokz headphones and the two that are lower in price are smaller than what you purchased.
