HSN Got Money and I Got No Merchandise! :{
I’ve ordered from HSN and QVC for over 20 years. Never a problem with making payments, always paid timely and was never refused this option. The last Flex Pay I paid off, on time this year was about a $1000 dollars of merchandise. I was never late, never ever for all prior purchases. 🙂
On August 17 I came to the site to order a laptop (information below) and was offered the Flex Pay option, again. I put in the credit card information for the first payment of $544.00 and soon as I did this I was immediately denied Flex Pay, but my credit card showed a pending hold for $544.00. I was told it would take 11 days for the hold to be released. Credit card company said HSN put the hold on card. HSN said the credit card company did. 🙁
I believe the credit card company. They did not initiated the ‘fraudulent-scam-appearing’ transaction. It is bad business practice to have questionable business transactions where you take and hold customer credit funds for days and days without the exchange of merchandise, for the money taken. Released of those funds held hostage should be immediate! Not Right! 🙁
