HP laptop was not what I asked for.
I am being threatened by the collection company after five phone calls and the sixth one to a supervisor. I made three payments while waiting for the HP touchscreen 17 inch laptop with all the extras. What they sent me after watching the ad on tv many times was a 17.3 basic laptop. Nobody would help me. My first three calls were within 30 days and the 4th call I was told they don’t keep the info after 30 days. All I want is the touchscreen I asked for. I owe the final two payments but did not get the right one. Now getting ‘sued’ geez

Wow! That sounds absolutely crazy. Someone from HSN should be reaching out to you from customer service. Customer service is their only hope of differentiating themselves from other retailers, since I’ve come to the conclusion there’s really no benefit to shopping the TV outlets anymore. Add to that the on-air salespeople masquerading as ‘computer experts’, making claims that are just plain silly at times. Wishing you luck!
