HP laptop computers
I purchased an HP laptop on 11/27/22. It has already stopped working properly. Cannot type any commands without menus and apps opening up. Multiple browsers open up at will (50-100 within 30 seconds). Tried to reset computer but cannot type in microsoft email address to access microsoft account and registration key because of issues with the keys. Warranty says I have care pack still active for 3 more months…what ever that means. I spent in excess of 10 hours on chat and phone trying to get help to reset but continued to get transferred. Finally, the last 2 people I spoke with decided to tell me that my warranty is expired on all counts even though my warranty record says the care pack expires 11/24/25.
