Has anyone had problems with their address where u had to speak w/verification

My order was canceled due to problems with my address its Sunday and I was told to talk to verification which is closed today so I may not get what I ordered when this is resolved what a shame I even request to talk to a supervisor to see if their anything else I could he wasn’t helpful I’m soooo upset this so frustrating

I dont understand why an address or how an address has anything to do with an order. You put the order on your card which has your address and you put in the address where you want the item sent… the address has nothing to do with your order?? so how are you being denied?

Angel, try writing to Customer Service within Community. They can check on this for you. I have read where others had a similar problem where a previous owner/renter did not pay their bills on time and consequently when the new person moved in they had problems with purchasing from HSN. It will work out, just have patience.
