Just unpacked the tv/dvd player and plugged it in, used remote (used my own batteries) and nothing! called manufacturer and they told me to turn on the power button in back. still nothing. black screen, no lights inside. Totally dead! Returning this junk tomorrow. The cost to return it will be astronomical. Sending the bill to HSN! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
