Flexpay denied order canceled and my money was still taken out
I am so upset. Things are tight this year but I wanted to get something nice for my daughter so I wanted to purchase her the PS5 and HSN seemed like a great choice because they gave me the opportunity to break the payments down. I submitted the order then they told me my flexpay was denied/ canceled my order and still took my money out my account. Now it’s only 10 days from Christmas and I need that money back now to be able to shop somewhere else. I am very upset and disappointed and I don’t know how I will be buying her anything now. This has really messed up my Christmas and I will never shop at HSN again. I will also tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

I am truly sorry you’ve had this negative experience, @leeann5298. When your order is first submitted, your financial institution sets aside the amount required. HSN does not receive funds unless/until your order is shipped. As it is your bank holding those funds, I have reached out to our Customer Accounts team to fax your financial institution to request they release those them. Please allow up to three days for this process to complete. We urge you to reach out to your bank to find out how soon they may release your funds. Again, my sincere apology!
