Flex pay

My question is why do this company offer flex pay and then do not Grant it I attempted to purchase laptop I offered a perfectly good credit card with a high credit rating and more than enough funds on the card at first it was accepted I applied for the flex plane and then I got denied I went through three people two of them tried to help me and then the third person was just icy and cold and told me flat out no.. That was supposed to be the specialty department dealing with flex pay I feel like this company is fraudulent and propaganda they do not do what they promise I really needed the laptop for business purposes and on a deadline and in the only thing they can promise is a funky letter and some days explaining why and then they took the money off of my credit card two times they need a better system and they need to stop lying I’m sorry I even called this fraudulent place!!!!

Sorry you had a problem with flex but do you know how many thousands of people who currently use flex with no problem such as myself? I know people are occasionally denied flex especially new customers. I often see post like yours and ironically it often involves lap tops. But to say a company is fraudulent because they may be leery of certain purchases is a bit much.

  You may want to read the fine print on their website. Most people will qualify for flex some will be denied. Also, use Webster to learn meaning of propaganda. It’s a political term, not fitting to describe a shopping channel denying you a lap top. Buy some leggings or mascara on flex. Build a relationship with them first maybe eventually you’ll get that laptop.
