Flex pay took money off my card immediately and then denied me?
Why would this happen? Took the money right off of my card and then said I WAS DENIED!!!!

It’s disappointing to hear that your order was canceled and there’s an authorization on your account, @bravowiff. I see that we’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization. The time frame as to when the funds become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds policy.

I had this happen just now as well have you gotten an update? I can’t do anything at the moment because of the time. Customer service is closed 😩
