Fix Me Stick

I brought this years ago. Upgrade my computer and went to use it and would not allow the download. It shows my last 2 device which, are non functional and scrapped. There is no where on site to upgrade. Call their customer service and basically they were “Oh well”. “It stays with the computer even if it no longer works” “We dont transfer, you would need to purchase a new one”.
Does that make any freakin sense. It a much of BS!!
I have Vipre and they dont operate like them. Shame on HSN for support this false sense of purchase.
