Fitbit Versa Today Special
I received my Fitbit and followed instructions but it failed to download the app so I could set it up. Never had this problem before. I went on their site and there were dozens of people complaining’ about a recent update that messed up their devices. The story being told is that they are trying to fix the problem with a new update and it could be a month or two before the problem is solved. I don’t think I am going to x”hang around” while paying monthly and not be assured that it will be fixed during my 30 day return. What a shame as I have enjoyed my older one but the strap broke and there is no way to fix.
