Did Your Fitbit Get Fried?

Hi, just wondering if anyone who has the Fitbit Versa or Versa 2, watch got fried during a recent system upgrade? Mine did. The fitbit logo remains on the screen and you’re unable to reset watch. Fitbit is offering a 25pct discount to purchase a new watch if your watch is no longer under warranty. I don’t know how I feel about this…actually I do, I’m annoyed. I had no plans on having to purchase a new watch. Luckily, I still have my Charge2 but besides the point. Wondering if anyone else has been effected?
