Dell bad on warranty
I purchased a Dell Inspiron Laptop in June 2019. It is not working, I can not sign in and cannot even do a factory reset. Yet, Dell says that is not their problem. Total Tech says it is a computer issue, the entire computer is under warranty, if it cannot be fixed through a software fix, Dell needs to fix it. I trusted HSN and the representations made by their on-air rep. I am so disappointed. I will continue to fight this with Dell, but I should not have to.

@chipmom. I know you are past the 30 days for a return, but, I suggest you also post this under customer service. HSN should be made aware of your problem and the predicament you are facing. Maybe they can help.
