There was a short in the notebook or in the cord. I already bought the lapbook when the notebook started acting up so I couldn’t return. They wanted $20 for a new cord. I went to the Post Office to get a Money Order. That was January 26. I still don’t have my cord. If you want Customer Service don’t buy CORE INNOVATIONS!
