Check Tracfone reviews before purchasing

After seeing an opportunity on air this morning to purchase a 2-pack of Tracfones, I checked into reviews of these phones. The majority of the negative reviews focused on very inadequate customer service and difficulty updating phone plans. As a result, I won’t be purchasing them.

I have been a tracfone customer for years with little or no problems. I recognize there has been some changes since Verizon took them over. All in all, I have not experience any major problems, at least with the models I had/have.

I wish I had never bought mine. I am not good with digital devices. I should have known better. This was well over a year ago. One phone was around $129.00. I only use it for phone calls.

There are companies that set up cell phones for you.We did that with my husbands new cell phone.
