Charging my card but denying flex pay
Why did you deny me flex pay but charge my card? This is a horrible process. Then I called back your representative and they told me it will take 7 to 10 days to be refunded. I’m filing a complaint with the FTC. Your screening process is your problem. Why are you charging my card before recognizing I’m not eligible for flex pay? My Bro loves your company Im only feeling wrath like I just been held up.
Good morning. I came on here to post a question and saw your post. Have you used flex-pay before? If so, it could be maxed out. If it’s not maxed out, customer service should be able to change your order to flex-pay with a simple chat or phone call after the fact. Good luck and have a great day.
