I bought this for a family member. They used it and the film was EXPIRED!!!! EXPIRED and I just bought the item! Come on HSN your a big company, why can’t you check the items before shipping them out. I called customer service and they could not do anything!

This was my FIRST experience buying from HSN and it will be the LAST that I ever buy anything. I will not recommend my friends or family to buy from this company. Company doesn’t care about the customers and it shows.

Hi weare2023. Try posting in the Customer Service section within Community. The people in this area will respond and hopefully, give you some advice. If you purchased the electronics within 30 days it can be returned. You can also contact customer service within Cannon and inform them of your purchase through HSN. They may be able to help in this situation. You will find that the customer service team within Community is a bit different from the one made through a phone call. If you know how to copy and paste, it will be faster than rewriting. I am not an employee with HSN, but have been a customer almost from their beginning. I do not think that all of the Customer Service Reps are bad. It is just that they are not very well trained. I totally agree with you. Things have changed u nder this administration and I understand your frustration.
