CANCELED ORDE
So I placed my order about 4 business days ago, it was canceled immediately after taking my money. After reaching out to customer service and confirming my order was canceled I still have not received my money, customer service told me I would have to wait for my bank to process the refund, but I reached out to my bank who said they are waiting for HSN to release the money. To conclude this review I also want to state I was not aware HSN did not accept prepaid cards, however I’m confused at how the payment was able to be processed
