Bose Wave IV system
I ordered the Bose Wave yesterday that was on-air. I’ve been waiting for weeks for the product to be featured again. I was so happy, and excited yesterday. The expected delivery was a week or two. This morning I get an email that the product is sold out. Why would HSN present it, confirm my purchase and then send me an email a day later saying it’s sold out, and may be in stock in 30 days. I’m so disappointed that I had to write this.

I will NEVER shop with HSN again. My issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. They cancelled my order. They did give me 5 dollars. Woopie. They can keep it.

I did a live chat with customer service. Apparently, it was an over-sell, I guess at the price I paid, which is much cheaper then the one they are selling today. My first though is this, they want to sell at the much higher price, if they don’t sell them, they will honor my price. I hope that’s not what they are thinking…..

Hi ladiebiker – The one I ordered was 370.00 dollars, not 499.00. I’m going to call customer service to find out what’s going on. Thanks for the information!

Check item # 796-141 ? I think the item number change .Please read the reviews , starting from low to High . My husband owns the same system .

Thank you for that information. I have been researching the prices on other sites, and they can’t touch the price on HSN. I’m still disappointed days later though.

The easiest way to purchase is to put the item into favorites. You will see a red dot next to your name. If the Bose is still at the sale price, mouse on the heart. You may be able to purchase at that price or if not, wait, and it will tell you when the price has been lowered.
