Bad experience
I just bought a tablet and it does not work correctly. I have to return it and I cannot believe that I have to pay for the shipping. I will never order from this company
again.

Call a rep at HSN. You should never have to pay return shipping for a product that doesn’t work correctly. I have only had this problem a few times but each time, I have gotten free return shipping. Reach out by either phone or email.

thank you. I actually did talk to a rep and she told me that I would have to pay for shipping. Perhaps she didn’t understand that the item was defective. I will certainly try again. Thank you for your commentary. It was very helpful.
