Amazon Fire 10 came with case voucher for Fire 8
I bought the pair of Amazon Fire 10 tablets that include voucher for cases but the voucher is for Fire 8. anyone else gets this and figure out how to resolve it?

Another suggestion is to check the Amazon site to see what their prices for the tablets are. They also sell the cases separately. If you are a prime member you can receive these with free shipping. Also check the memory and other stats and compare with other web sites. If you are not a prime member you can try it for 30 days or you can wait a few days so the membership can continue for Black Friday and Cyber week. For your info I do have two Kindles which I purchased from Amazon. One arrived with a huge crack and was easily returned. However, you do need to make sure that the one they are sending you is brand new and has not been refurbished. I have found going into the Kindle area and reordering a brand new one, you still get the refund on the one returned. Also their return shipping is free.

There are two things you can do. One is to chat with a customer service rep. Just go into your order for the tablet. From there you should be able to go into chat. Don’t forget to give them the order number. The other suggestion is to post this problem to the customer service area within the community. Their thread is listed and you can send them a note to see if they are honoring the cases along with the tablet not received. The mods should answer your inquiry.

We bought the same 2 tables and 3 or 4 weeks ago and haven’t received ANY cases yet.
Came here to see if others are having same issues and found this post.
We received a tracking link and USPS hasn’t received the tablets yet….
It seems a bit concerning they say USPS is running slow and when we call them they say they haven’t received items yet so there’s nothing they can do to help us….Good Luck —- We might buy cases from amazon or simply return the tablets and forget about this horrible experience….

Writing this 10-21-22. Just got email telling me case ordered 10-4-22 should be delivered today (Florida). Site was showing what I thought was unusually long time of 10 days waiting for USPS to get package.
