Aiwa open wearable true wireless earbuds
I bought these on July 23rd. They worked fine the 1st two times, then one earbud stopped working. I sent them back Sept. 12th to the return address I was instructed and the USPS tracking # confirmed they rec’d them on the 16th. I called HSN customer service to be told I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund because there is only 30 days grace and she gave me the toll free # to the manufacturer. They confirmed they received them but couldn’t tell me anything more until he talked to mgmt. What a farce! I checked the reviews on this item and so many like me had the same problem. You would think with the negative reviews HSN would reach out to their customers. This has been so frustrating and I will think twice before buying on HSN again. They washed their hands of me and handed me over to the manufacturer. The return address for the earbuds was HSN in New Jersey, but not really HSN once I called the phone number. Have any of you out here had this problem? I would appreciate some feedback. Thanks Marianne
