Your HSN card customer service is the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have spent 2 days trying to find out what’s going on with my HSN card and why can’t I use it. I haven’t used the card for a few years so customer service here said the card was probably closed. I was then connected to someone else who couldn’t help so they connected me to the comenity bank. I have tried numerous times to get to a real person with no luck. The “computer person” says there is no account by that name or number YET HSN says I do have an account. Now what?
