You cancelled my order, I want my money back now!
First time i placed an order from HSN and they took my money out of my account and then in less than 1 min canceled it saying i dont qualify. Ok, cool but why take my money then tell me it will take 3-7 days to return it. Smh the same way it took 1 min to take my money keep the same timing when it needs to be returned or better off dont take peoples money if you know they dont qualify or better off do an eligibility check before you take peoples money because this is ridiculous some people dont have money to sit around and wait for it to be returned !!!!

And not to be rude please save the you were just not eligible for this order. You guys need to come up with an eligibility platform that checks to see if someone is eligible before you take their money. Dont be sorry, do better!
