Wrong Item received today picking error
Hi 👋 please refund all my charges on order number 2063856732. Enclosed in my box was not the g faux fur coat item 924-782. It looks like a faux brown teddy g. Not a coat. I did not even open the as is package. I will send back on Thursday morning. Picking error I should not be charged shipping to return wrong item. Thank you

Once the item is received back at our facility, please allow up to 8 days for the refund to be issued to your original form of payment.
