WP Air Fryer TSV – DAMAGED

I received the Air Fryer last night, and it was damaged. The shipping box (from China) was intact in good condition, but the oven had a huge dent on top as if someone had step on it. It was also packed upside down. Since this oven was sold out, I cannot get another one. This is the second time on the road that I ordered an appliance from WP and is broken. I took pictures to include it in my review. I can’t post my review online now because I “have not used if for 5 days yet.” I called Customer Service and was offered $40 discount, but the oven it is badly broken so I did not accept it. HSN would not allow me to post a review yet. I returned it today via UPS. I just noticed 2 reviews were posted with similar description that the oven was damaged. I will order the Air Fryer oven from QVC featured by Chef Zakarian and it is $30 cheaper.
