I was going to inquire about a partial credit for a bracelet I ordered and is now sold out. It is missing one crystal in the cross and is noticeable when looking directly at it. I hate to send it back because it is so pretty, Is this something you can assist me with? The item number is 514-210.

I can imagine the frustration with having to wait for quite some time to get to a representative, @jazzy333.
