Won a prize, but it never came :(
On 4/26,2021, HSN sent me an email that I won a Ninja® Foodi™ Power Nutri™ Duo® Blender, but I never received it. Very sad. It has been 2 months, and I would love to be making smoothies. No one replies to me

This seems to have become a problem…I won a $25 gift certificate and it never came. Please…don’t give away prizes and then we have to chase our reward. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. What a pain!!!

I won a prize (Perlier Royal Elixir 7 Day Treatment) on July 8 but did not hear from Prize Fulfillment. I emailed them at HSNArcadePrizeFulfillment@HSN.com on July 13 and included a screenshot of my win from the arcade winners page and my contact info, but I have not had a response.
