Will never shop from here ever I ordered a laptop on the 29th basically they denied my flex pay I said OK whatever I gave it a couple days to get my money back it is now 5 January and I still have nothing I called today and they told me that they don’t have the funds anymore now it’s my bank……… which I honestly believe is BS because my bank always gives me my funds early especially on a refund I never had this problem with any other merchant this is the first time why don’t they test people first before taking people‘s money I promise you if I don’t get my money by today or tomorrow there’s gonna be a huge claim

Hi @kylie92, I really am sorry for the inconvenience of the authorization on your account. I took a look at our system and see that the authorization on our end has expired. When the authorization is released, it will not be seen as a refund, but the amount will disappear from a pending status.

If the authorization is still showing on your account, I would recommend reaching out to your financial institution as we don’t hold authorizations more than 3 days in our system.
