Why were my orders canceled?
On 1/3/25, I placed 2 orders for Blush Lips Scrub. Today I see that both orders have been canceled. What happened to my orders?

Did your payments go through? I would do a live chat with customer service and have them look into your account / order for you. That’s very odd.

I appreciate the suggestion, Rachel. But other orders have been accepted, and they weren’t cancelled. I will call Customer Service as they haven’t responded to my question here.
