Why is this happening………..?

I have two AutoShips with the Craft Buddy Crystal Art Diamond Painting Cards. What I don’t understand is it states “packaging” on one and the other states “extended delivery.” Delivery date states for both 8/12/2026! What is going on? Can a Customer Service representative please look into this! It doesn’t make sense!
