why is profile name under husband name
I open up my account. husband wanted to buy gifts that i originally bought for my side of family. He gave me his credit card to use. so why is it that his name and everything I receive is coming in his name. I only used my hsn to purchase a computer to come to him in his name. There is not reason why a profile of his name is on my account.
I spoke with numerous of hsn customer service and they claim to fix this. This just urks me that they can’t fix this . You should at least be able to change a simple profile

Hi @windycold, we have updated it in our main system which shows you and your husband’s name. However, the billing info on your HSN.com profile still has your husband’s name which is why your online account shows his name. You can change the first name on your online profile by going to “Account Updates” then updating the billing information.
