Why Is HSN Shipping So Bad Now??

I have several orders that I was suppose to get Jan 20th and 21st and they just shipped and are in TN??I am in Calif so no way will I get these anytime soon..Bad service and HSN needs to get the act together…I have 2 orders I am thinking of cancelling before midnight and going directly to vendors websites to order.

@flomo, I can see that all but two of your items have been delivered as of today, but that you are still expecting two of your Skinn Cosmetics items that are expected to reach you by 2/7-8/2025. Still waiting for 5 orders from the 16th of Jan to the 20th!I think I might be done with Hsn.

I agree, shipping is appalling. I have orders that have been sitting in “packaging” for five or six days. HSN should allow people to cancel.
Did the warehouse in California close? Because I used to get orders in a couple of days.
Bad shipping loses customers.

I am sorry that your recent orders took so long to ship from our warehouse. The winter weather has impacted transit and shipping times, starting about 2 weeks ago. We don’t mean to cause frustration with having to wait for a delivery. We truly appreciate your patience while we brace for the impact winter has.
