If you’re using a computer and not a cell phone, try clearing your history to get rid of cookies.

Hi @gustavo_sanchez, I see that the 6/13 is your estimated delivery date. Your order was shipped on 6/5. Not sure why you’re seeing an error message. Is it when you’re trying to check your order status?

Hi @jay804, are you using the same email address you used to place your order? If not, I would recommend trying to log in using that email address.

Why does my order say it’s shipped even tho it says 6/13? There’s also an error message that says “There was an error processing your request”.
