Why are orders taking so long to be shipped?

My order has been in the “packaging” status for the last 5 days! Why are orders taking so long to get shipped out? I have ordered stuff from other companies the same day that I ordered from HSN & I have already received them. Yet my HSN order hasn’t even been shipped…..Seems like HSN takes forever to get orders shipped out.

Why has my order been in package for five days? Amazon and other places don’t take take this long to process it’s been processed for days. It usually take 24-48 business hours to process a order then actually ship it out. Please explain why it is taking so long.
