Why am I’m getting charge
Why was I charged for a item that hasn’t even ship out yet? Refund me my money back to hsn card for https://www.hsn.com/products/officially-licensed-nfl-team-magma-lamp-speaker-indiana/9266595
This is crazy… I have to pay for something you haven’t ship out over 2 weeks… fix this already please take it off my flex pay. I never received this item. And put my money back on my card please.

Hi @duckey56, in looking at your order, we have not charged you for it. When you place an order, it sends an authorization to your card, however, we don’t physically charge the card until the item ships. A request to have the order canceled has been forwarded, but we are unable to refund funds that we never charged.
