I’m so sorry you’re having trouble logging in to place an order. You can use the browser to go to our website, then after entering your email on the sign in page, choose “forgot password and follow the instructions. You can also contact us by phone, or via live chat and confirm your full name, full address, and last 4-digits of any card used with HSN in the past to have them reset your password for you.
