Who can we complain to about HSN's Arcade "Keymaster"?
Who can HSN’s customers file a complaint to about the incompetent person(s) that go by the name “Keymaster” in the HSN Arcade forum? This person is creating a LOT of ill will towards HSN and driving good customers away. I think HSN should be made aware. This has been going on since this person first showed up with the forum change fiasco.
They are supposed to be an IT savvy person and are not, they do not respond to customers and should not be employed in the position they are in.
We would appreciate a response.

Thank you Angela, I will just focus on the current thread that Keymaster posted 3 weeks ago titled “New Games Are Coming Your Way”. People have been responding and asking questions for the past 3 weeks and Keymaster has not posted a single time. This person just refuses to answer any of our questions, ever. It’s causing people to become more upset than necessary.
We have questions, many are valid and timely, yet we are ignored. Our history with this “person” has left us rather frustrated, well, that’s an understatement. So, if we seem upset, let’s say we have a history with this person of being ignored.
We would like to speak to someone intelligent about the issue, at this time, Keymaster would not be someone we would trust answers from. Some of us are up to date about the flash issue and do not understand why HSN is jumping the gun and removing games so soon. Is it because Arkadium is no longer supporting them? They should be good until December. These are the things we are asking, but getting nothing but silence.
Thank you for your attention to this, it’s nice to know that someone at HSN cares about customers.
