Where’s my refund???,
So on the 15th I ordered two items. Well first I thought it was supposed to be flexpay… and immediately looked at my banking account and they had already pulled the full amount. Ok. No worries. I’m canceling. (The exact reason I stopped using hsn years back) I called right then and they were very nice and prompt and cancelled my order immediately. So here it is ten days later. My bank account still has the money gone from it. PayPal shows it was cancelled and I just got off the phone with hsn and she said it was cancelled. I said I know everyone knows it’s cancelled. Where’s my $75??? She said she was so sorry but of course customer service is closed. (That’s what I get for being a night owl I guess) she told me to call at 8 in the morning and they would get my refund. I sure hope so! I need my money 😕 I stopped using hsn years ago because it was way more hassles than it was worth I decide to try it one more time and first time they charge me and I’m still waiting on the refund. No. I won’t be using them again. Please tell me they will get it done in the morning since it’s already been over 10 days. 🤬
@kimcro, I’m very sorry to see this. The orders were cancelled so you’re seeing an authorization hold. This should be showing as a pending transaction and normally falls off in 3-5 business days depending on your bank. Please know you will not get a refund but the transactions totaling $60.32 will disappear from your account. You may need to reach out to your financial institution to see what their policy is regarding authorization holds.
