Where is my package?

My package shipped over a week ago and seems to be STUCK in that limbo between UPS and the USPS.
Several days ago it was at Knoxville TN which is an hour away from my home. But now it says delayed with no expected delivery date and its in Smyrna, TN near Nashville.
Every time HSN uses the UPS hand off to USPS something goes wrong with my package and my delivery.
