Where is my order
I put in an order on Sept 19 and it still says it in packing???.

I am very sorry for this delay, @nancy1418. I see that one of the items was sent and delivered, while the other three ordered on that date were still in packaging status. I have reached out to our fulfillment team to get these sent out to you. You should receive an update via email regarding the shipping.
