Where are my receipts/paperwork with my packages?

I just received 4 packages from HSN, not one package had a receipt or any kind of paperwork that normally would have been in the box. I wsnt my receipt and or paperwork with my packages in case I need to return an item and I keep my receipts of my purchases incase it does not work or it is not what I like, whatever. All I saw when I got home was a bunch of boxes that said made in china, nothing on the boxes had HSN? Do not know what happened, but was not happy to see so much china with the covid-19 issues. Please I hope this is the last time that this happens. Unhappy and nervous customer…Judy

Hi @sunshinelady777, I really am sorry to hear that you are missing your order summaries from your packages. Sometimes the order summaries are on the outside of the packages. I’ve passed along your concern regarding the missing packing slip.
