When do orders ship?
My computer order has had the status of “Packaging” for 7 days, is this typical? This is only my 2nd HSN order, so I’m unsure if this is the norm. Thanks.

I wouldn’t say it’s normal but I wouldn’t be concerned, @dawn48393. This order comes from one of our partners warehouses. We won’t say it’s shipped until we have tracking info. It’s possible it’s in the mail and we just haven’t been provided the tracking number yet. There should be some updates provided by Tuesday. Please let me know if you do not receive your order by 8/3.
