When advertised "free shipping" is….a store credit???
FREE SHIPPING advertised on the home page and item descriptions means I ought not get charged. When my order confirmation shows no shipping charge I take that to mean I’m not getting charged. Not that I will be charged and then offered a store credit.
Right?
What am I missing? How is that not false advertising? Is this standard now for HSN? If I order something else should I expect the same weirdness?

Oh no! I’m so sorry that you were charged shipping, @infiniteleigh! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Rest assured, these orders should have been Free Shipping and the $3.50 has been refunded for each necklace. You should see the update within 72 hours. The order total is unable to be changed, but I can assure you that these refunds have been issued. I’m truly sorry that this happened! We appreciate you letting us know so we can update our system, as well.

Thank you so much for such a timely response!
And, thank you also for overlooking my obnoxious nature 🙂 -
No worries, @infiniteleigh! I’m glad I was able to help and I apologize that the shipping was incorrect. I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend!
