What's with NaN?

Customer Service, I was playing the GOTW Trizzle; I was up to 23,000+ points in the game & ran out of moves (end of game). Instead of getting any tickets whatsoever, the score came out NaN & I received 0 tickets. This is really frustrating having spent the time & effort in playing the game only to receive 0 credit. This has happened before in the past 4 or 5 times but when it’s the GOTW, it’s more lost. Why does this keep happening? This was one game I could actually beat Shannon’s score & after playing it, 0 tickets.

HSN Arcade, another 30 minutes, 23 matches & over 28,000 points & again another NaN & 0 tickets for my time & effort. That’s 2 in just 2 hours. Please! At least respond to my email! This is not fair to your devoted Arcadians. At least 6-10 hrs a day between my husband & I on the games & thousands of dollars purchased in products every year & I can’t even get a response to this. This doesn’t say too much about your devotion to your customers. In the past, no one could equal your great customer service. Don’t you care anymore?
