I place order on January 2nd order number ********** it has not delivered . The flex pay is due

I received my purchase ordered on January 2nd on -on February 3rd. . It delivered late yesterday The refund of my payment has not shown up or posted at all. I want to keep my purchase .

Hi @iamshortdiva, the refund should show up within 72 business hours the day after we processed the refund. I’ll send a request to have you rebilled for the item.

Krissy it has been a month . I ordered it on January 2nd and HSN sent it out on the 3rd . No activity or update since Jan 9th . A month is a very long to wait for anything to deliver from anywhere. It is now February 2nd and still no activity on the package since January 9th …. if I get a refund what will I do if it delivers in my lifetime? I am very disappointed with UPS Mail Innovations so called Expedited services . It is pathetic . I think I will just take the refund and if it delivers go from there . I really appreciate you Krissy for addressing my concern and aggravation
