Well I have never had this happen before TODAY !!!!!!
You offer a coupon -Coupon 183475 -20% off
I try to purchase a pair of BearPaw boots ,not clearance, but on sale .
I entered the coupon and saw it was taken , I saw the final price which included the discount. Well , when I received the email I was charged full price. I figured just a mistake.
So I canceled that order.
I did the same song and dance – put the pair of boots in and added coupon, it showed my total and gave me the discount I pressed the summit button .
I again received the email charged full price !
I again canceled .
KEEP THE BOOTS!!!! I love getting coupons but they should work . BYW the boots were not on clearance !
Just venting and hope this sorta thing does not come to be normal .

Although I now realize the 20 percent was yesterday and will no longer be valid but you can still use the 10 off 50 (no clearance of course) its coupon code 181146 can be used on more then 1 item and can be used multiple times until 1/31/22

I have found that if u put the code in and submit it before you choose your flexpay schedule it erases the coupon. Choose your flexpay schedule before you enter the coupon code and don’t make any changes after entering coupon.

I feel your pain! I am very cautious when using the 20% off coupon. I know they are not good on clearance merchandise, but “sale ” items seem to be a hit and miss. When that little “sorry this coupon doesn’t work” message pops up, I immediately cancel the order. I just wish they would clarify how the 20% works. Too bad it isn’t allowed on clearance items, that’s the point of clearance, right? So, let the 20% off on items HSN is trying to move out.
